Question about Judging

I've seen that there are several companies that have made skills with a team of developers, and being a single developer myself, I feel I am at a huge disadvantage.
Will this be considered in the judging, so that companies and large teams' score will be weighted proportionally to smaller/single teams?
In my opinion, I feel that there should be a separation between the two or a weighted grade, or else it's somewhat demotivating to be a single developer.
